Holmes Family Dentistry has a retention period for dental records of seven (7) years past the last encounter date.
With permission granted from the Division of State Archives and Public Records, all Holmes Family Dentistry records with a last encounter date on/or prior to December 31, 2016 will be destroyed on June 1, 2024.
Anyone wishing to request their dental records must contact our office prior to the destruction date.
